Bryon is an award-winning business development and operations leader who excels at driving growth and new revenue streams. During his time as Keller Williams Realty’s chief product officer, he helped in the creation and growth of multiple divisions of the company. Bryon created, launched, and led as COO of the KW Worldwide international franchising division, KW Commercial, as well as their Business Development and Strategic Alliance divisions. In addition, he led the development of multiple award-winning technology products and platforms at KW.

At Realogy/Anywhere, Bryon successfully created and led the training and coaching divisions for all of their seven franchise brands and company-owned operations. While at CENTURY 21, he reorganized their staff and operations, led their strategic planning with the CEO, led their recruiting efforts, and set up and led their brokerage and agent development and consulting divisions.
